This is the Philips Respironics O2 enrichment attachment that allows you to connect your oxygen concentrator to your CPAP machine via an adapter that bleeds the oxygen in. It uses a standard 22 mm inner diameter x 22 mm outer diameter connections. Elbow accepts 5 - 7 mm inner diameter tubing and swivels 360°. This adapter allows you to bleed in your oxygen concentrator with your CPAP mask. Some patients need oxygen therapy in addition to their CPAP, Bi-Level therapy.
